Disclaimer

Effective 27 September 2026 · Robit Digital

Please read this Disclaimer carefully. It applies to the whole Site, to our articles, films and demos, and — unless a signed Services Agreement says otherwise — to any outputs, alerts, monitoring, reports and recommendations described on it. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. No guarantee of results

Market intelligence, strategy and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control: your market, your competitors, your budget, your team’s execution, platform algorithms, regulation, timing and luck. Descriptions on the Site of what the agents “catch”, “prevent”, “map” or “deliver”, and any timeline, figure, ratio, percentage, score or example, are illustrations of what the service is designed to do. They are not a promise, guarantee, forecast or warranty that you will obtain any particular result, lead, sale, ranking, growth, saving, protection or return on investment. Past or hypothetical outcomes are not indicative of future results.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on the Site, in our articles or in our outputs is legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, accounting, financial, investment or other professional advice, and it must not be relied on as such. In particular, monitoring of regulation, standards, grants or advertising-platform policies (including by the agents described as “Regulatory Radar” and “Policy Shield”) is an information service only. It does not replace the advice of a qualified lawyer, compliance officer, accountant or other professional, and it does not make Robit Digital responsible for your compliance with any law, standard, tender rule or platform policy, or for any suspension, restriction, strike, ban or penalty imposed on you or on your accounts by any authority or platform. You remain solely responsible for every decision you make and every campaign you run.

3. AI-generated and automated content

Parts of our service and parts of the Site are produced with autonomous software agents and artificial-intelligence models. AI systems can be incomplete, out of date, biased or simply wrong, can misread sources and can produce output that looks confident but is inaccurate. We design the service so that human strategists review recommendations, but we cannot guarantee that every automated signal, alert, translation, summary or document is accurate, complete, current or fit for your purpose, and we accept no liability for reliance on it without independent verification. Translations into any language are provided for convenience; the source language governs.

4. Third-party sources and competitors

Competitor, market, reputation and regulatory information is gathered from publicly available sources and third-party platforms that we do not control. Such sources may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, removed or subject to their own terms. References to competitors, companies, products, platforms or people are for information and comparison only, reflect public information at the time it was observed, and imply no affiliation, endorsement, or statement about their conduct. Any trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Demo, samples and figures

The portal demo, live feed, counters, alerts, sample recommendations, company names such as “Competitor X”, scores and every figure shown on the Site are simulated and illustrative. They are not real client data, not real market events and not a representation of the service you will receive.

6. Articles and “Insights”

Our articles express general opinions and observations about B2B marketing and market intelligence at the date of publication. They are editorial content, may become out of date, are not tailored to your circumstances, and are not advice. We may update or remove them without notice.

7. Forward-looking statements

Statements about future features, agents, modules, languages, programs or plans describe intentions at the time of writing and may change or never materialise.

8. Availability

References to “24/7”, “always on”, “never stops”, “real-time”, “daily” or “the hour they ship” describe the intended operating rhythm of the service. Monitoring depends on third-party sources, networks, platforms and infrastructure, and may be delayed, interrupted or incomplete. Any service level actually committed to you is set out only in a signed Services Agreement.

9. Your responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of any information or output, for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate, for your own compliance with applicable law and platform rules, and for the results of your actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robit Digital excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the Site or on any information or output described on it, as set out in the Terms of Use.

10. Contact

If you believe any content on the Site is inaccurate, infringes rights or should be corrected, write to support@robitdigital.com and we will review it promptly.
